2026 Feb: Qualia Structure Grant MTG in Okinawa

Aims of Qualia Structure:

・We aspire to arrive at novel ways to understand others' minds. 

・Towards that end, we will advocate structural approaches to qualia. 

・With the structural approaches, we will internationally lead the next generation of consciousness research.

Desired properties of the Publicly Offered Research

1) research topics or employing methods, which are not employed by Planned Research, 

2) research that deals with qualia with a structural approach, 

3) research that does not focus on a particular type of qualia, yet deals with the relationship between the unconscious and consciousness, self-consciousness, changes of qualia structures associated with changes in levels of consciousness (e.g., dreams, sleep, anesthesia, etc.).
